2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) kilat289 account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using another person's details, or by any other means — is a serious breach of these Terms. kilat289 employs advanced detection technology, including IP tracking, device fingerprinting, and transaction pattern analysis, to identify duplicate accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

Members are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and up to date. This includes full name, date of birth, phone number, and bank or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes. kilat289 is not liable for any losses or delays arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the Member.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Members are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their kilat289 account password and login credentials. kilat289 advises Members to use a strong password (at least 8 characters containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and never share it with any party. All activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or not, unless it is proven that the account was accessed without authorisation following a timely report made to kilat289.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Kilat289 may require Members to complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing their first withdrawal or when cumulative transaction amounts exceed a certain threshold. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, a recent bank statement, or proof of address. The KYC process is a standard security measure that protects Members against account misuse and money laundering.

3.3 Account Inactivity

Kilat289 accounts that show no login activity within a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. kilat289 reserves the right to impose a monthly maintenance fee of RM5 on inactive accounts with a positive balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates their account.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Kilat289 accepts deposits via the following Malaysia-based payment methods only:

All deposits, bets, and withdrawals on kilat289 are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only. kilat289 does not accept any foreign currency. Any deposit attempt made in a currency other than MYR will be automatically rejected.

4.3 Deposit Restrictions

Kilat289 does not accept third-party deposits. All deposits must originate from a bank account, e-wallet, or payment method registered in the same Member's name. kilat289 reserves the right to reject or return any deposit suspected of coming from an unauthorised source or third party.

5. Fund Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Members may withdraw funds from their kilat289 account subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• The recipient account must be registered under the same name as the Member's kilat289 account.
• For bonuses still within their rollover period, the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement has been met in full.
• The KYC process must be completed before your first withdrawal or for any single withdrawal exceeding RM5,000.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

6.1 Rollover Requirements

All bonuses offered by kilat289 are subject to rollover requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x rollover requirement means the bonus amount received must be wagered 10 times its value before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

This includes, but is not limited to, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other Members to manipulate wagering requirements, or any activity deemed unfair to kilat289 or other Members.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Confirmation

Bets confirmed by the kilat289 system are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member after confirmation, except through the Cash Out feature available for eligible bets. By clicking "Confirm Bet", the Member agrees to the odds and bet conditions at that point in time.

7.2 Cancelled or Postponed Matches

If a match is postponed or cancelled before reaching the 90th minute (for football) or the minimum completion threshold set for other sports, all bets will be automatically voided and stakes returned to the Member's account. Bets that were locked in via Cash Out prior to the postponement are not eligible for voiding.

7.3 Odds Changes After a Bet is Confirmed

The odds used to calculate winnings are those at the time the bet is confirmed, not the odds at the time of the match. This applies to regular and pre-match bets. For in-play bets, the applicable odds are those displayed at the moment the Member clicks "Confirm Bet".

8.3 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during an active casino or poker session, kilat289 will attempt to restore the game to its state prior to the disruption using system log records. If restoration is not possible, kilat289 will return the relevant stake amount to the Member's account. Unsettled winnings prior to the disruption are not guaranteed.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited for all kilat289 Members:

• Registering or operating more than one kilat289 account.
• Using another person's personal information to register or verify an account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the kilat289 platform.
• Using bots, automated assistants, scripts, or any other unauthorised technological tools to play or place bets on kilat289.
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or loopholes in kilat289's games or payment systems for unfair advantage.
• Collusion between players in any game, including poker and Live Casino tables.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Account Closure by Member

Members may close their kilat289 account at any time by contacting our customer service team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances (not subject to any unfulfilled bonus rollover requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures. The closure process takes 3–5 business days to complete.

10.2 Suspension by kilat289

Kilat289 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account without prior notice if there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, a security risk, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases of suspension pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded.

Self-exclusion is available for a temporary period (7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months) or permanently.
